Ameen successfully fostered bilateral and humanitarian engagements across Africa, by integrating philanthropy with business acumen to contribute to environmental sustainability, educational and curricular reforms, youth engagements in policy making processes, mental health sensitization and youth advocacy for a borderless, equitable and more prosperous Africa.
Global Impact
During the Pan African Conference of the IFRC in Kenya, i initiated and now supervise the planting of 5 billion trees across countries in Africa namely, Nigeria, Eswatini, South Africa, Kenya and Botswana, as a commitment to environmental sustainability.
At the Heads of State Summit in Addis Ababa, I advocated for the reform of the education and curricular systems, in conflict and emergency cases in Africa for the 21st century. I also advocated for the financing and resourcing of education for meaningful and systematic youth engagement in the African Union policy making processes.
Co-Created a mental health toolkit with the office of the Youth Envoy to address mental health challenges for youth in Africa.
Facilitated the construction and equipping of Youth Resource Centers in different counties in Kenya through the Danish Red Cross Society.
Collaborated with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports and Arts of the Republic of Kenya, on a Youth Connekt Africa mission . Where with over 20,000 young Africans present, I initiated a ‘Youth Innovating a borderless African Renaissance’, for a borderless Africa
